YOLO (You Only Live Once) became quite a popular catchphrase after Canadian rapper, Drake, released a track called YOLO. A lot of youths have been very caught up in it.
We stumbled on a post by The Urban Gospel, an online christian platform that desires to build the bridge between the gospel and urban culture by presenting articles, videos, testimonies, music, and discussions that not only address cultural problems, but also point to solutions for each issue.
Chudy came correct on this one. We must say, the young lad really delivered as he put his heart in it to truely wish Jesus a happy birthday. He sent this song to us way before we started premiering songs for our "FRESH CHRISTMAS HITZ".

Indeed, the story behind how he got the inspiration is quite special and it doesnt beguile us that it came out this good. This song takes us back to the rewason we are all celebrating...the birth of Christ. And like the wise men, Chudy clearly wished our Saviour a happy birthday. This captures the true essence of the season.

The four New Testament gospels were written anonymously and only attributed to the apostles whose names they now bear later in the second century. If we rely on those attributions, only Matthew and John actually knew Jesus, since Mark and Luke were not among the twelve disciples. The second-century Church Fathers also formed the view that the "disciple whom Jesus loved" in John's Gospel was John himself, basing this on the assumption that John was being modest. On the basis of these multiple assumptions, John was the gospel author who knew Jesus best.

However, modern scholars say that the gospels could not have been written by eyewitnesses to the events they protray. On this view, the Church Fathers were mistaken in attributing the two gospels to Matthew and John. None of the gospel writers even knew Jesus personally.

The race is on. The five gospel artists on the nominations list have earned their place through sheer hard work, dedication, determination and faith, and stand level, shoulder to shoulder on the starting line. Each person has their eyes fixed firmly on the prize. The music they express comes from their hearts, minds and soul.
Geographical locations of the nominees reflect the broad and widespread appreciation and development of the gospel genre across the British landscape. At the end of this race, one person or one group will finally raise the 2012 MOBO Award for the gospel niche sector. All nominees can remain proud, and embrace their role as ambassadors of a rapidly emerging and vibrant sound.
